Corporate Wellness Program

Workplace health problems tend to develop gradually, and even desk-based, "safe" jobs carry their own set of health risks. Left unaddressed, that affects productivity, insurance claims, and morale.

The program starts with an initial meeting to understand your team’s specific needs, then a customized program: anything from health workshops to individualized mentoring to group-rate care.

Topics for team workshops have included stress management, nutrition and weight loss, women’s health, the mind-body connection, and heart health.

A healthy office boosts productivity, reduces premiums, and improves morale.

Let's face it: as an employer you are only as strong as your employees. Adverse health conditions in the U.S. are on the rise and you need your employees to have the correct information to make the best health care decisions possible. If your employees don't have access to the right health educations, the business suffers as well.

We want to change that for you.

Our passion here at Begin Within Family Wellness is to get your employees more productive, less sick, and reduce their health insurance claims and liability.

Employee Health Directly Affects Productivity

Don't let your business suffer.

Workplace Health Problems Develop Gradually

Your employees may not even know their productivity is suffering.

Even "Safe" Workplaces Are Affected

Desk and office jobs have their own set of health risks.

How we do it

Depending on the needs of your office, our Corporate Wellness Program ranges from simple but powerful educational health workshops, to fully individualized mentoring, and even supplemental care at group rates. It all depends on your individual needs as a business and the unique health challenges you are facing. In fact, that is the biggest difference between our program and many others: customization and flexibility. Our program coordinator will work with you to find the right balance and care.

With the right combination of prevention, education, and motivation, we are confident that your business can join the thousands across the country utilizing corporate wellness programs to create a healthy and happier office.

How our program works

Initial Meeting and Discovery

Every office and their employee is different. In fact, different offices within the same company can have unique needs. Before starting any program, we will meet with you to determine what your unique needs and goals are to see if we are a good fit.

Create a Customized Program

If after our initial meeting you feel like we would be a beneficial addition to your team, we will work together to design a program just for you.

Getting Started

After the plan is in place, our Begin Within Family Wellness staff will work with you or your human resources representative to start scheduling educational classes, set goals, meet with your employees, and more.

Follow-up and Evaluation

As the plan progresses we will meet with you occasionally to see how we are progressing toward your goals, get input from your employees, and measure the program's overall effectiveness.

Powerful education

With so many products, infomercials, blogs, journals, celebrity doctors, and more, it can be incredibly challenging these days to get reliable healthy information. Combining modern medical research with a holistic perspective, our classes will not only educate your team, but will help motivate them. Some of our classes include:

Stress: The X-factor That Shortens Your Life

Stress continues to be one of the top complaints of employees here in our country. As workers try to balance work, family life, social engagements, and more; managing stress in healthy ways is key to positive outcomes.

Nutrition and Weight Loss

Improving your exercise habits, watching your diet and obtaining proper nutrition and weight loss are a trifecta of good health. This is also one of the most challenging areas for many of the businesses and employees we work with. Focusing on long-term changes, we'll motivate your team to start new habits that last a lifetime.

Women's Health

This class addresses the special needs of women, including: expecting moms, new mothers, women who suffer from premenstrual syndrome and menstrual cramps, weight loss and sufferers of chronic stress. We also address the need to protect and strengthen bones, nerves and joints.

Emotional Well-being: Mind Body Connection

People who have good emotional health are aware of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Our body responds to the way you think, feel and act. This is often called the mind/body connection.

Heart Health

Heart disease remains one of the top killers of adults in the United States across all demographics. This class focuses on prevention and heart care.
